REDESIGNED COVERS
CLASSIC NOVEL COVER REDESIGN
Wanting to emphasize my illustration ability, I decided to do a more minimal and modern redesign of four classic novel covers. The covers themselves, Lord of the Flies, The Catcher in the Rye, Of Mice and Men, and The Great Gatsby, were redesigned with one color in mind that I really felt emphasized the tone of each book and shades of gray. I also took careful consideration of the typography because I really wanted to reflect the era of the settings of each book.
